Signs & Symptoms to Watch For :
Vaginal Bleeding – Can be light or heavy, but sometimes there’s no visible bleeding.
Severe Abdominal or Back Pain – Constant or sudden pain that doesn’t go away.
Uterine Tightening or Contractions – The belly may feel hard or tight.
Decreased Fetal Movements – Less kicking or movement than usual.

High blood pressure or preeclampsia
Abdominal trauma (like a fall or car accident)
Smoking or drug use
Previous placental abruption
Carrying multiples (twins or more)
